- Single session or two sessions.
- Time & location by mutual agreement.
What should you expect?
I endeavour to provide a safe, interesting 'space' in which you can explore the issues which you wish to resolve. A single session can sometimes be sufficient, depending on the nature of the change being sought; for example, phobias can often be dissipated quickly. Sometimes change is gradual over time, and one or more follow-up sessions may be beneficial.
You will be treated as an individual and every session is therefore unique. I use a variety of established techniques including Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), Integrated eye movement therapy (IEMT) and Mindfulness, in what is often described as an integrative approach. There are no fixed 'formulas' in therapy, and my approach is flexible, aiming to meet your individual needs.
